I just ordered my Bowflex Sport from the Shopping Channel. Saved a bundle compared to buying it from Bowflex direct.
I expect delivery this week. I am a bit of a mechanical ditz, so I am not looking forward to the assembly.
I have read through the diet program and the exercises. Looks do-able. I need to loose 25 lbs, soooo here we go.
I will update the blog once I get delivery!
